These four traits are said to be found in every woman’s ideal man. And this is the foundation that would help you get your woman. Matt Huston’s Ex2 System insinuates that if you don’t have these traits, it may be a factor that may have contributed in the break-up. It tells you what you need as traits but doesn’t give you a clue how to develop it if you lack a certain trait.

The ebook also gives emphasis on the ‘No Contact Rule’ for a minimum of four weeks.
Such an action claims to accomplish these:

- It prevents you from acting needy and insecure around you ex girlfriend.
- It instills a fear of loss within her.
- It gives you opportunity to soak in as much information from the material.

For one it doesn’t help you overcome your feelings of anxiety or heartbreak. Matt Huston’s Ex2 System sounds more like it’s written by someone who’s very bitter. I don’t recommend this program to anyone who is seriously looking for answers because it’s assuming and biased.
